CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION

✎ Character illustrations are drawn on a A4 or A5 canvas at 300dpi resolution. Comes with a transparent background or a solid color background unless it is a full illustration.
✎ Full illustrations come with a background, scene, or setting that conveys the character in an environment suitable for the commissioner.
✎ Pricing depends on the complexity of the character or background details.
✎ All reference sheets come with a front, back, and side view of the character with up to 3 closeups on items and 2 closeups on facial expressions.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any kind of way for any type of artwork or creative piece, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I. GENERAL TERMS.
Please write in a clear and easy to understand manner.Provide neat references. I accept pngs and jpgs and links to pdfs or google applications that work for a webpage.Please make sure that the content that you are sending is easy and to the point with no immensely large paragraphs or extreme detail.Any ill behavior towards myself or the artwork that I create for you will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.Follow the rules provided in this Terms of Service post to ensure that your commission can be made with the upmost confidence.If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.II. PAYMENT
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront, unless negotiated, to my email [email protected] (Paypal).All commissions will be charged in USD only. If you are using another currency, the price needs to match the conversion in USD with transfer fee’s added.Payment will only be made through Paypal.III. PROCESS
Work in progresses will be given if the commissioner personally asks for it.If the commissioner would like to have updates on the work in progress, I provide a sketch for approval before I continue with the commission.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as;personal health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues, and art block.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy up until the point of receiving.After a commission is finished and sent through a provided email, I am not obligated to keep the file for further editing. I will however send a PSD along with the final image so the commissioner can edit it themselves if they request it.All small mistakes or colouring will be edited during the process before it is sent to the commissioner.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.Make sure to provide clear information so that I can complete the commission with ease.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;Promote myself with in any place or site.To display it anywhere to my liking.Post it wherever I want.If the commissioner is using it for merchandise or works involving selling the artwork on various mediums, I can hold back on posting until it is required. This option can only be used if the commissioner has a reputable company or business.The commissioner are allowed to;Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.Vtuber model artwork will be considered as a normal artwork and thus will not apply as copyright infringement. Vtuber model artworks are free to use by the commissioner as they please whether it be streaming on Twitch, Youtube, or any other streaming platform.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way that isn't streaming)Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.Removing any watermarks/signatures.altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price unless stated otherwise. This only applies to physical items such as posters, shirts, cards, stickers, and anything related to being a physical item that can be sold in person or through the mail.With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.Private commissions are accepted.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a charge back against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You will be forbidden to ever commission me, Crymsie, ever again.Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.To protect yourself and myself, please make sure you absolutely want a commission from me before you purchase.VI. To contact me at any time for commissions, I only reply via email through the contact form on my website.Once you have my email and have stated that you’d like a commission through the contact form, you can send pngs or jpgs in another email once I accept first email.
